Duffy Chartered Engineers (DCE) was formed by Thomas G. Duffy in 1992 and has managed a process of continuous development and growth since then.

DCE currently have a staff of approximately 20, including Engineers chartered in the fields of Civil, Structural and Traffic Engineering, making it the largest firm of consulting Civil and Structural Engineers based in the Northeast.
